ما معنى Dem ؟

ما معنى Dem ؟ هي عبارة عن نموذج الإرتفاع الرقمي . ولكن ماذا يعني ذلك , يا حبذا يكون ذلك ضرباً بمثال .

وهو عبارة عن السطح النموذج يمثل الارتفاعات لكل نقطة

TIN
هو تمثيل اخر لسطح معين
وهو عبابرة عن مجموعة من النقاط معروفة الاحداثيات x,y,z
ويمثل السطح بربط هذه النقاط بسلسلة من المثلاثات غير المتقاطعة
TINs are assembled from a series of data points with X, Y, and Z values and partition geographic space into contiguous, non-overlapping triangles (called faces). The nodes of each triangle are the elevation or surface points

فأنني استنتج مالي
فأن هناك نوع من الاختلاف فمصدر DTM هو شبكة من النقاط الموزعة بانتظام ولكل نقطة ارتفاع
اما DEM ليس بالضرورة ان تكون النقاط موزعة بالنتظام
DTM هي تقنية من وسائل ال photogrametry
