• Job Accountabilities:

• Understanding of corporate sales strategies and business trends.
• Manage assignments and aldcidcidcilocation of junior sales and sales engineers.
• Selection and recruitment of suitable sales personnel.
• Set training plans for junior sales and sales engineers.
• Possess a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and emerging technologies with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possible.
• Manage the process of generating more professional and accurate proposals.
• Ensure generation of high quality, detailed technical as well as top-level dcidcidcidocumentation.
• Ensure development of high quality, expressive presentations.
• Follow up on sales process and fine tuning it to meet business and organizational requirements.
