1. Participate in software design dcidcidcidocument
2. Design and develop various applications, systems and products
3. Enforce developers to apply organization coding convention and design patterns
4. Work closely with the System Architect to ensure architectural integrity and product quality
5. Technical Supervision for a team of maximum 3 SW developers
6. Set task objectives and plan to meet tight deadlines
7. Participate in testing process through unit testing and bug fixes.
