السؤال هو هل تم طرح الموضوع لاعلام الجميع منزلة الدكاترة والاساتذة العرب
ام تم طرح الموضوع للسؤال عن المنهج المباح به إستخدام نظم المعلومات كعناوين للابحاث العلمية
ونح ننادى بل ونناشد فى كل لقاء بضرورة إبعاد الجامعات عن الاشراف على مواضيع البحث العلمى
ونقل هذه التبعية الى وزارات البحث العلمى حتى يمكن للعلم الاستقلال التام بعيدا عن عمليات الاحباط التى تتم للطالب من جراء تعنت دكتور الجامعه المشرف على الرسالة والتى سبق وان قلنا إنا العملية التعليمية فى العالم العربى تتم وفق هوى الدكتور المشرف ومن ينفذ او يفكر فى إضافة أى شىء سيدفع الثمن وهو عدم إعتماد هذه الرساله ونسمع عن أسماء لامعه من اساتذة الجامعات الغربية ولكن المحصلة بل جدوى ومن هنا لنا الحق فى ان نقول ونعلن ان السبب الرئيسى فى فشل العملية التعليمية هو أساتذة الجامعات
ونقول لمقدم السؤال عليك بالسياسية حتى تتمكن من نيل الرسالة المقدمة والحصول عليها
ونقول لانفسنا علينا بالدعاء والتضرع الى الله عز وجل لكى يخلصنا من هذا الوباء حتى يأتى اليوم الذى فيه نتقدم ونصل الى ما كنا علية نحن العرب

لقد أصاب الدكتور الخزامي كبد الحقيقة تماما. وهذا هو جوهر الموضوع ولبّه. وسوف أكتب مفصلاً في هذا الموضوع قريبا في هذا المنتدى. من أبسط المشاكل المرتبطة بهذا أنني أعمل حالياً على ورقة عمل أقدمها للمؤتمر الوطني الثالث لنظم المعلومات الجغرافية، ومما تتضمنه نسبة الرسائل العلمية المنجزة في الجامعات السعودية والتي استخدمت التقنيات الحديثة من استشعار عن بعد ونظم معلومات جغرافية وغيرها. وكما نعلم فإننا يمكن أن نحصل على عناوين الرسائل العلمية من الجامعات والكليات، ولكن هناك صعوبة في الحصول على ملخصاتها أو على كامل المتن. وفي هذه الحالة فإن أي رسالة علمية استخدمت هذه التقنيات ولم توضع في عنوانها لن تصنف على أنها كذلك في ظل الاعتماد على عنوان الرسالة فقط. لذلك كانت النسبة التي توصلت إليها منخفضة جدا وهو ما يجعلني أتردد في قبول النتيجة. وقد أشار الدكتور علي الغامدي إلى هذا من قبل. أتمنى من جميع الأخوة المساهمة بكتابة عناوين الرسائل العلمية في هذا الموقع والتي أجيزت من أقسام الجغرافيا بالجامعات السعودية دعماً للأخت هند وزميلاتها وزملائها. وسوف أبدأ بنفسي بأن أسجل هنا سرالتي ماجستير أجيزتا مؤخراً من قسم الجغرافيا بجامعة أم القرى:
1- رسالة الطالبة بسمه الرحيلي عن استخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية لتقييم الوضع الراهن لمواقع مدارس البنات الحكومية بمدينة مكة المكرمة. بإشراف د. سعد الغامدي. وقد ناقش الرسالة كل من سعادة الأستاذ الدكتور محمد الثمالي وسعادة الأستاذ الدكتور رمزي الزهراني. وكان ذلك عام 1427 هـ.
2- رسالة الطالبة نوير الحربي عن النمذجة الآلية لحوض تصريف وادي ملكان باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية: دراسة من منظور جيومورفولوجي. تحت إشراف د. سعد الغامدي. وقد ناقشها كل من سعادة الأستاذ الدكتور صالح الشمراني وسمو الأميرة الدكتورة مشاعل آل سعود. وكان هذا في عام 1428 هـ.
وبالمناسبة فإنه يحسب لرسالة الماجستير لدينا في قسم الجغرافيا بجامعة أم القرى (10) ساعات من أصل 44 ساعة. أي ما يعادل 23% فقط من كامل برنامج الماجستير. والبقية (77%) هي مقررات دراسية.

وببالمناسبة فقد ناقش بعض الزملاء هنا أن القضية ربما تتمحور في وضع عبارة "استخدام" في عنوان الرسالة. ليس الأمر كذلك لدينا في قسم الجغرافيا بجامعة أم القرى، فالاتجاه هو منع ذكر الاستشعار عن بعد أو نظم المعلومات بأي صيغة كانت في عناوين الرسائل العلمية بحجة أنها أدوات، بل وشيهها البعض بأنها لا تزيد عن استخدام برنامج أتوكاد.
في دراسة مخاطر السيول مثلاً عن طريق تقنية الاستشعار عن بعد سوف يكون هناك منهجاً متكاملاً مترابطاً تقوم عليه الرسالة جميعها، وليس الأمر مجرد أداة. إن كان الأمر "أداة" فتقنية الاستشعار عن بعد تضم آلاف الأدوات بتعبيرهم هذا. وتعبير "استخدام أو USING" هو في الحقيقة تعبير دقيق يعني وضع التقنية هذه موضع التطبيق. فإن وضع هذا التعبير في مقدمة العنوان فإنه بحث في تطوير أساليب التطبيق من خلال مشكلة محددة. وإن وضع في نهاية العنوان كان أداة رئيسة للتحقق من حالة المشكلة وتشخيص الحلول لها.
وأنا هنا أسأل جميع رواد هذا المنتدى من الذين حصلوا على درجات علمية من جامعات غير عربية: هل كان وضع هذه التقنيات في عناوين رسائلكم محل نقاش على الإطلاق؟ لم يحدث هذا لي، ولا أظنه حدث لأي منكم.

لا يحكم على المقلد من غير المقلد سوى من كان له إسهامات واضحة في التطبيقات المتصلة بهذه التقنيات. وأنت يا دكتور الخزامي أحد من يستطيع الحكم في ذلك، وفاقد الشيء لا يعطيه. وليس الأمر مرتبطاً بالدرجة العلمية أبدا. وبصراحة شديدة أنا لا أخفي إعجابي بالأستاذ فهد الأحمد وأعتقد أنه يستطيع الحكم في هذه الأمور أفضل بكثير ممن يتصدر للفتيا هذه الأيام.
لا أدري - حقيقة - لماذا أصبحت هذه مشكلة لدينا في قسم الجغرافيا بجامعة أم القرى، والعالم من حولنا يسير على نهج آخر. وقد كتبت الأخت مروة رمضان " حيث أن عندنا في مصر لا يرفضون اطلاقا وضع هذه التقنيات في عناوين الرسائل ". وأظن هذا أيضا لا يمثل مشكلة كذلك لدينا هنا في المملكة في أقسام الجغرافيا الأخرى في بقية جامعات المملكة بل وحتى في كليات التربية أو كليات الآداب للبنات.
أنا مع وضع أي من تقنيتي الاستشعار عن بعد أو نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في العنوان إن كانت الرسالة مرتكزة على أحدهما أو كليهما. ودعوا الطلاب والطالبات يتعلمون على الأقل استخداماتها وإمكاناتها ومحاسنها وأوجه القصور فيها، حتى وإن أخطأوا أو قصّروا فسيأتي يوم يكونون مكاننا ونحن نسأل الله العفو والمغفرة.
أطلعت مؤخراً على عنوان رسالة دكتوراه صادرة من جامعة كامبريدج على ما أذكر بعنوان " Mud Flow Modeling Using DTM ". لو حذفنا "‘Using DTM". فماذا يتبقي؟ وهل نظن أن أولئك الأساتذة في قسم الجغرافيا بجامعة كامبريدج على غير علم ؟ نعم البعض ممن لم يؤت نصيباً من الإلمام بهذه التقنيات قد يقول تلك جامعة كامبريدج، فهل أنتم مثلهم؟ أو أن يستغل حجة التقليد التي ذكرها د. الخزامي "وهي لأول مرة أسمعها، وقد نسمع غيرها كثيرا". وأنا أقول من جعل البعض وصياً على العلم؟ .. هكذا بأي مبرر نشطب جهود الآخرين ونئد طموحاتهم العلمية وتطلعاتهم. والأغرب من ذلك أننا حجرنا واسعاً.
اليوم كنت أعرض لطالبات الدراسات العليا بحثاً للدكتور فرحان الجعيدي يتعلق بدمج بيانات أقمار صناعية في تطبيق جيومورفولوجي على منطقة تقع في وسط المملكة العربية السعودية، وكان بعنوان "Merged remotely sensed data for geomorphological investigations in deserts: examples from central saudi arabia". فلو أن طالبة سألت أيحق للدكتور فرحان الإشارة في عنوانه إلى بيانات الاستشعار عن بعد ولا يحق لي وإن كان عملي قائماً بأكمله على ذلك ؟ هل الجواب في هذه الحالة ابتعدوا عن التقليد؟ أو أننا لسنا في مستوى استخدام هذه التقنية؟ أو انتظروا قليلا حتى نصل إلى مصاف البحث العلمي لتلك الدول؟ أم أن لجنة الدراسات العليا لاتجيز ذلك؟ أم ماذا؟

والله حالة..
يعني إلى الآن لم يجب احد على سؤالي من القسم المعني؟ يا جماعة كيف تسير لأمور نظامياً في هذا القسم الذي اصبح بفضل هذه القضية مثل "الكرملن" ايام الاتحاد السوفيتي!
طيب اين رأي د. جمعة ورأي د. جهاد؟!
لقد قلت وكررت، كلمة "استخدام النظم" كلمة عامة يمكن تحديدها بالأداة أو نوع البيانات حتى -كما جاء في البحثين اللذين اشار إليهما د. سعد في ، هذا مخرج للطالب ولللجنة. أما إذا اصرت اللجنة-وهنا مرة أخرى لا أعرف مدى قوة هذه الجهة في القسم- عندها ارفع تحفظي وحسن ظني بهذه اللجنة، وأقول صراحةً "...في قلوبهم شيء".

بالرغم أن الموضوع طال، إلا انني اذكّر بأن تغيير الاتجاهات المتخلفة والعشوائية في الجامعات لا تتم إلا ببحث القضية نظامياً وودياً وبطرق رسمية حتى لو اصبحت رأي عام وصعدت إلى مستويات عليا. فإذا كانت الجهة التي تسير عكس التيار صماء غير بكماء تصدر ولا تستقبل عندها تُرفع أيدهم ويرجعوا إلى مواقعهم الحقيقة، عندها لن يقبلهم أحد ولن يتحاور معهم أحد. وأكون أكثر صراحة، من يقف في وجهه التقنية وتشجيع طلابنا وطالباتنا لا بد أن نقف له ونضعه أمام نفسه الحقيقي، لا أعتقد أن الموضوع موضوع كتابة كذا أو كذا بقدر ما هو طريقة التعامل مع طلابنا وطالباتنا الذين هم أملنا في اكمال المسيرة ليكونوا أفضل منا، كيف ومن يقف في طريقهم ما هو إلا حبيس نظرة ضيقة أو نتيجة عقدة نقص. تمنيت اننا نناقش التطور الجديد في التقنيات والأ نقضي وقتاً في موضوع يمكن حله بطريقة نظامية.

لو جائني طالب وقال سابحث في موضوع الرمال مثلاً وكان تخصصه الجغرافيا الطبيعية، لقلت له ابحث ذلك باستخدام أحدث التقنيات واذكر ذلك في أي مكان في عنوان بحثك، بشرط ألا يوحي العنوان بأن الموضوع هدفه الاستخدام بقدر ما هو توضيح الطريقة لحل المشكلة. يعني هنا انه يتوجب على أن احث طالبي لاستخدام التقنية متى ما كان مستحنا ناهيك أن يكون ضرورياً. فكما قلت من قبل، الأداة يمكن ان توجد في اكثر من تقنية. لكن لو جاء آخر ويريد التخصص في النظم بحيث يستعرض أو يطور أو ينتج أداة جديدة فلابد أن يكتب العنوان بما يفيد ان البحث معني تقنياً بالمشكلة وليس بحل المشكلة (يطبق على أي ظاهرة شاء). ثم جاء آخر (متواضع!) وقال اريد أن ابحث في المشكلة الجغرافية الفلانية ولا اريد أن اشير إلى نوع التقنية المستخدمة -هكذا صريحة- قد نقول له كما تريد، لكن إذا كانت بياناتك وتحليلاتك بتقنية النظم من أول البحث إلى آخره، ومن خلال البحث سوف تتقن التطبيق هذا بدرجة معينة، ولأنك حتما ستستخدم طريقة منهجية بهذه النظم، فلماذا لا تذكر الطريقة على الاقل خاصة إذا تعددت الطرق، فهذا لن يجعل منك متخصص في هذه النظم لكن يساعد على الأقل في تصنيف بحثك في قواعد المراجع ويسهل على المستفدين فيما بعد الوصول إلى بحثك للإستفادة، وإذا توظفت في مكان ما على أنك متخصص في هذه التقنية فلن يأخذ مقلب سواك! أعني من هذا ان دور الاستاذ التوجيه، ومن خلال المحاورة يتم الوصول إلى حل يرضي كل الأطراف مع الحرص على الالتزام العلمي. لا اتحدث عن نفسي بقدر ما أبين طبيعة ابعاد القضية، عل اللجنة المذكورة وما شابهها في العالم العربي الفيسح فعلاً أن تراجع شروطها وتعقد لقاء مع طلابها وطالباتها لأن نتيجة هذا العمل سؤثر أولاً على سمعة أعضاء اللجنة، ولن يتأثر الطلاب والطالبات بالضرورة بعدم كتابة "الحل السحري" في الصفحة الأولى للبحث- ومع ذلك لن يستسلموا له. أملي في زملائي البحاثين والباحثات أن يختاروا العنوان بعناية في كل الأحوال.

[align=justify]بداية حسبت السؤال عبارة عن مزحة ليس أكثر، لكن مع الوقت تأكدت أن الموضوع جدي، قسم الجغرافيا بجامعة أم القرى ألغي أضافة مصطلحات الأستشعار من بعد ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية إلى عناوين الرسائل. لماذا؟ لم أفهم الأسباب حتى الآن. يزعمون ان الاستشعار من بعد ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية أداة وليس علم، وهذا الموضوع تم مناقشته عشرات المرات، ونحن نوافقهم أنه أداة وليس علم، وكذلك التحليل الأحصائي فهل يتم إلغاء أضافة التحليل الإحصائي إلى عناوين الرسائل عما قريب. لو فعلوا ذلك فأنتظروا أن يتم تدريس الجغرافيا قريباً من كتب بطليموس وأبن حوقل. ثم أنني أستطيع أن أسرد هاهنا قائمة تضم عشرات الجامعات العالمية المرموقة التي تدرس ضمن أقسام الجغرافيا الاستشعار من بعد ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية، ولعلم أصحاب مدرسة الأقصاء أن واحد من أهم البرامج التعليمية للأستشعار من البعد ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية - وهو برنامج IDRISI - هو من انتاج طلاب الدراسات العليا في كلية كلارك للجغرافيا بالولايات المتحدة ورئيس فريق التطوير هو الأستاذ رونالد ايستمان وهو جغرافي وليس مهندس حواسيب ولا مبرمج محترف. وهذه الصورة أسفل تبين محتويات آخر عدد من مجلة Applied Geography العالمية – وهي مجلة يمثل النشر فيها حلم لكل باحث جغرافي جاد – والخط الأحمر يبين ورقتين بحثيتين عن استخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية. أي حجة واهية يستخدمها القوم...

ثم تقولون أن الخريجين يقدمون أنفسهم إلى مجال العمل ويدعون أنهم خبراء في الاستشعار من بعد ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية، وهذا لون من ألوان الخداع. أقول لكم أيها السادة أن أصحاب الأعمال الذين تخافون أن يخدعهم طلابكم !! هم أحرص على أموالهم من أي أحد آخر، ولعلكم لا تعرفوا قواعد التوظيف المعمول بها في البلاد العربية، والتي تقريباً تقترب من تلك المعمول بها في الغرب، وهي لا تسمح لكل من يدعي أن ينال مناله، وإلا ففسروا لي ما سر هذا العدد الكبير من الهنود والفلبينيين الذين يعملون في حقل نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في بلاد الخليج العربي إذا كان كل من كتب في رسالته كلمة استشعار من البعد أو نظم معلومات جغرافية يمكنه أن يحصل على وظيفة في هذا الحقل بمنتهى البساطة.
لقد أسست رأيي على ما قرأته من الطلبة، وكنت أتمنى أن أجد أي تعليق من الاساتذة الافاضل من جامعة ام القرى. قبل أن أكتب هذا التعليق حتي يتضح الأمر خصوصاً أن أتهامات الطلاب إن صحت فهي تندرج تحت مسمى خيانة الأمانة العلمية.
وأخيراً إلى إخواني طلاب جامعة أم القرى، لماذا لا يذهب وفد من أتحاد الطلاب لمفاوضة رئيس القسم أو لمقابلة رئيس الجامعة بل ومقابلة وزير التعليم إذا دعى الأمر لمناقشة الوضع، أليست هذه الجامعة أنشئت للطلاب، أم هي أنشئت لتكون مأوى للوطاويط. [/align]

أظن أنه الزمخشري الذي قال "اللهم أرزقني إيماناً كإيمان العجائز". لماذا الجدل حول نفطة ليس في الأصل حولها نقاش. ولا أدري ما المشكلة في وضع عبارة "استخدام أو Using" في العنوان؟ وما يأتي هو غيض من فيض لرسائل ماجستير ودكتوراه من جامعات أمريكية ورد في عنوان كل منها Using GIS or Remote Sensing أو ما يشبه ذلك، وكثير منها من أقسام الجغرافيا. وهناك مئات أخرى غيرها إن رغب أحد فيها فسوف أوردها. واعذروني على ضعف تنظيمي لعناوين هذه الرسائل فقد ألصقتها كما هي.

بعد مرور كل هذا الوقت أشك أن هنالك من سيجيبك من القسم المعني. فكيف يجيب د. جمعة وهو تضمنت عناوين أبحاثه للتقنيات

كنت قد عزمت على عدم المشاركة في هذا النادي نظير ما قامت به إدارة النادي بحذف أحد ردودي ولكن ما يمارس من ظلم وتناقض عجيب في ذلك القسم عدلت عن رأيي تضامناً مع هند وزميلاتها

وتعقيباً على كلام الأخت (هند) يظهر أن أساتذة قسم الجغرافيا بجامعة أم القرى يرضون لأنفسهم ما يمنعون طلابهم عنه. فللدكتورين رمزي الزهراني ومعراج مرزا بحث بعنوان (استخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في دراسة التغيرات في المنطقة المركزية بمكة المكرمة) . وللدكتور سعد الغامدي بحث بعنوان (استكشاف التغير باستخدام بيانات لأقمار الصناعية، دراسة تطبيقية على مدينة مكة المكرمة وما حولها) .
فهؤلاء جميعاً أساتذة في قسم الجغرافيا في جامعة أم القرى ويمارسون ما يحرم على طلابهم
