I think there is a good book which is useful for your subject in the first but it is by English language. Moreover, the Editor is a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering Lakehead University and I think he is Arabian man because his name is Said Easa.

The title is Urban Planning and Development Applications of GIS I have this book but unfortunately Iam in Britain. you can look for it or buy it from Amazone website.
