لقد قمت بتسطيب برنامج الارك 9.1 و قمت باضافة جميع اداوات arc toolbox من قائمة view ثم extinsion
و جئت لتشغيل ادوات الارك تول بوكس و لكنها لم تعمل و ظهرت لي رسالة
a message " arcmap has encountered a problem and needs to close . we are sorry for the inconvenience "
