If you import a table with coordinates (Latitude, longitude), you will have a problem because in oracle the lat/long columns are defined as NUMBER (10,7) and it is not the same like in ArcGIS, so try to use "Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Oracle" or export your tables to Access.
