اخي العزيز اتوقع انه يمكن اخذ raster data وليس vector data :
How add Google Map in my ArcMap project
1. You must open the Map Tools window.
2. Set the extent rectangle for visible Google map.
3. Click "Save As ..." and set path for your raster.
4. Click "Apply" and wait until the end of process.
5. Close or minimize your Map Tools window
