بسم الله
* ArcToolbox => data managment ==> features ==> feature to polygon
* Open table ==> from the drop down list in the right ==> select add field ==> put the field name, and type (short)
* calculate the field with 0 for all features
* add the value 1 for the country you want
* الضغط بالزر البمين على خصائص الشريحة و على الترميز اختر الحقل الذي قمت بانشاؤه
سوف يتم الترميز حسب ما تريد
