Step by step
1-open arc map-and open file and select add data from resource centre
2-you will login in Esri data select imagery window that refer to Google earth imagery
3-clich on imagery data and save layer in your pc
4-open layer that you downloaded its
5- you will se the world in arc map
6- Zoom in display window you will see excellent Precision

7- in left window you can display countries and roads and political borders
8-save your result all or layer in your own place in pc
