1. In Imagine load the grouped shapefile into a viewer.
2. Select the grouped shapefile attribute which should highlight all of the shapes.
3. Click AOI - Selected Features to AOI and convert the grouped shape into an AOI.
4. Save the AOI file and use that within Mosaic to clip multiple regions.
