please tell me , you use ArcObject Libary or MapObject libary
to draw th coordinate on visual basic you can use The MOUSE_Down Events in visual basic on MapControl
and must transform the coordinate to Real coordinate becuase the X,Y get it as Pixel so use any Method to convert to Coordinate System.
