مطلوب مبرمج حسب المؤهلات التالية :

Development Environment:


1. Familiarity with Java programming; J2EE
2. Experience with desktop, server side and / or web application
development.
3. Some exposure to Spring, Hbernate, Strut and / or Eclipse Jave
Frameworks
4. Familiarity with some / all of the following application
servers: Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic, Websphere, Oracle Application Server etc.
5. Familiarity with XML technologies i.e. ebXML, XSD, XSLT, XPATH
6. Familiarity with web application development using Javascript


Database Expertise:

Oracle Spatial and / or Posgresql experience would be advantageous.



On a more generic level:



1. Good level of understanding of IT systems and technologies.
Familiairtity with GIS and / remote sensing is also preferable.
2. Experience with metadata and metadata standards
(ISO19115/ISO19139) would help; together with knowledge of OGC WMS, WFS, WCS services and related specifications also preferable
